The candidate must have over 8 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 years of experience selling to strategic or named accounts such as top banks, large fintechs, or F100 companies. A proven track record of using a top-down sales approach for complex technical products is required, along with familiarity with identity verification or fraud detection solutions, or a strong willingness to learn. Experience selling into financial services and big tech, and a background in credit risk, fraud, or another analytical discipline in consumer or SMB financial services are considered a plus. The candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess a strong drive to win, and have a hustling mentality. A technical background in product or engineering is also a plus. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.
The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for selling SentiLink solutions to major financial institutions and Fintech companies by addressing their fraud and identity challenges with SentiLink products and cultivating long-term partner relationships. This role involves proactively identifying and engaging prospective partners, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing commercial agreements, and building strong relationships with decision-makers within complex organizations. The executive will also be expected to provide ongoing value to partners post-sale by nurturing relationships and ensuring their success with SentiLink's solutions, while consistently representing the company according to its corporate values.
