Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field and at least 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience with consistent over-performance. Experience in FinTech and/or as a Sales Engineer for 3+ years is highly desired, as is recent solutions sales experience within a financial services vendor, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or other financial services related company, with a preference for marketing discipline.
The Growth Solutions Consultant will drive revenue goals by engaging with existing top accounts and new business acquisitions, interacting with senior Marketing, Line of Business, and Data/IT decision makers to understand their needs and align them with Vericast solutions. Responsibilities include carrying a sales quota, delivering marketing, deposit & loan acquisition, and other engagement solutions, partnering with internal teams to develop account engagement plans, identifying solution alignment, and leading sales opportunities to achieve sales targets. The role involves engaging client contacts at all organizational levels, identifying opportunities within existing and potential clients, developing a sustained pipeline of viable opportunities, performing and interpreting value analyses, delivering the Vericast Financial Institution value proposition, identifying client cost and value drivers, engaging in strategic marketing planning, discovering un-met client needs, leading proposal and business development efforts, leveraging internal expertise, and monitoring the achievement of strategic, financial, and operational benefits of sold and implemented solutions.
