Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in energy, environment, public policy, or a related technical field, with a preference for 3+ years of work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required, and experience with CRM software is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high-quality customer service are also necessary, along with excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

The Market Engagement Consultant will support Program Managers in project development, tracking, and analysis, editing and formatting program documents and reports, gathering and sharing program metrics using Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint, seeking review and feedback, printing, collating, and scanning documents, identifying and escalating issues, providing general administrative support, functioning as a cooperative team member, representing Resource Innovations at customer meetings and events, completing assignments on schedule, tracking multiple deadlines, and bringing a positive attitude to the workplace. Other duties as assigned will also be performed.
