Responsibilities

The Sales Solutions Engineer will lead all technical aspects of the sales process, addressing technical questions from prospects and clients regarding Bolt technology, features, solutions, and applications. They will ensure smooth technical implementation by setting client expectations, advising on uncertainties, and serving as the technical point of contact until scope achievement. Responsibilities include proposing solution options to maximize Bolt's value proposition, becoming a trusted advisor to customers by defining integration strategies, and building customer relationships at all levels. The role also involves completing technical requirements for RFIs/RFPs, leading sales campaigns across customer segments, providing immediate feedback, and contributing to the vision and strategy of the Presales team.
