Responsibilities

  • Lead Colombia’s growth: Design and launch creative campaigns (ABM, influencer marketing, etc.) to hit lead generation goals and build brand presence
  • Partner with sales team: Host networking events, create sales materials, and support deal closure
  • Manage Colombia marketing budget: Allocate spend strategically for growth, sales pipeline, and ROI
  • Capture customer stories: Conduct face-to-face interviews and film testimonials
  • Drive product marketing insights: Collaborate with customer research and product teams on roadmaps, competitor positioning, and customer pain points
  • Develop strategic messaging and positioning for sales and marketing teams
