Requirements

  • Proven success in marketing in international markets (e.g., US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Northern Europe)
  • Passionate and data-informed approach to marketing
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns for awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Expertise in full funnel strategy, media planning, and budget management
  • Ability to deeply understand users/members and develop market-specific positioning, messaging, user personas, and narratives
  • Experience managing agency partners for ATL and digital media
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign results, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Own all marketing budget for LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico), partnering with stakeholders like PR and brand for effective investments
  • Own all ATL and digital media planning, managing agency partners to deliver high-impact campaigns driving awareness, consideration, and membership growth
  • Analyze and share campaign results with clear insights, takeaways, and actionable recommendations to improve business performance
  • Gain deep insights into users to focus on right messaging, positioning, and content; develop unique positioning, messaging, and user personas for each market, including narratives for features
  • Partner with product marketing to create an evergreen intelligence program (user interviews, focus groups, surveys) generating compelling quantitative insights
  • Define strategy and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness, acquire, engage, retain, drive referrals, and ensure member satisfaction in priority LATAM markets
  • Drive LATAM membership growth through all marketing activities, supporting membership model expansion, brand, and product marketing efforts
