Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a growth-focused role, specifically in PLG, SaaS, or B2C, with a proven track record of driving specific initiatives and measurable metric improvements. Proficiency is required in at least one or two key acquisition channels, with hands-on experience across several others, and a strong understanding of how to collaborate with specialists to drive strategy. Essential technical skills include direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including platform-specific settings, bid strategies, optimization levers, pixel implementation, and attribution models. Curiosity and experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Manager will orchestrate growth initiatives by guiding campaign strategy and ensuring cohesive execution with in-house specialists in paid media, SEO, and content, owning projects, goals, and results. A core responsibility is to continuously build, test, and improve the user journey from first visit to paid customer, including optimizing landing pages, sign-up flows, and user onboarding sequences. The role involves owning and implementing parts of the in-product conversion process through creating user guides, workflows, and targeted messages to drive activation and payment. Additionally, the manager will independently pull data from various sources, build and monitor performance dashboards, derive actionable insights, and propose the next set of tests and initiatives.
