Requirements
Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2C fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces, with crypto experience being a plus. Proven ability to run and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable ROI is required, along with hands-on experience with tracking/attribution tools like pixels, SDKs, CAPI, Segment, Roadway, and Looker. Affiliate program management and channel optimization experience, familiarity with SEO and lifecycle marketing best practices, and a strong analytical and testing mindset are essential. The ability to thrive in ambiguity, functioning as both a strategic thinker and a scrappy executor, is also highly valued.
Responsibilities
The Growth Marketing Lead will own paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, managing them from strategy to creative testing and optimization. They will manage and scale the affiliate program, including structured tracking, incentives, and ROI analysis. Responsibilities also include partnering on SEO improvements and lightweight content/organic experiments, implementing and maintaining attribution frameworks to measure impact, and building a campaign and experimentation calendar to ensure high test velocity. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with various teams and vendors to execute campaigns, providing clear reporting on channel performance and ROI, and exploring referral, gamification, and viral growth loops to unlock new acquisition and engagement sources.
