A proactive, positive attitude, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and optimization are essential. Proficiency in Google Suite, social media platforms, project management tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM is beneficial, as is industry experience in security and/or privacy, with an interest in AI and data governance.
The Growth Marketing Manager will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by designing and executing end-to-end data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns across digital channels. Key responsibilities include owning and managing the planning and execution of marketing events, supporting the social media strategy with content creation and engagement, and writing, implementing, and optimizing email nurture series, blog posts, and content to guide prospects through the sales funnel. The role also involves planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with the sales team for seamless handoffs, and owning the marketing calendar to keep the team organized and manage timelines and resources.
