Responsibilities

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own and scale Thumbtack's paid social strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, driving customer growth and managing budgets. Responsibilities include overseeing tracking, attribution, and measurement, leading and developing a team of two direct reports, and translating customer insights into an experimentation roadmap. This role involves managing campaign execution, auditing and evolving the paid social tech stack, partnering with analytics and creative teams, managing agency relationships, and reporting on channel performance to executive stakeholders.
