A strategic mindset, proven ability to build strong client relationships, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital marketing, website builds, PPC, SEO, and content marketing are essential. Business acumen and agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously are also required.
The HubSpot Account Strategist will act as the primary link between clients and the delivery team, managing client relationships, leading onboarding processes, and ensuring the quality of all deliverables. Responsibilities include building phased implementation roadmaps, conducting onboarding sessions and strategy calls, optimizing marketing funnels and sales pipelines using data, coordinating offshore teams for timely project delivery, and identifying upsell opportunities to grow client accounts.
