Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or digital marketing, specializing in paid acquisition. They must demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing ROAS across multiple markets, with expertise in capturing market potentials and improving market share. Strong analytical skills and experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels are essential, alongside knowledge of full funnel marketing strategy from awareness to conversion. Experience with app marketing strategies, including app store optimization (ASO), in-app advertising, and mobile ad networks is also required.
The Growth Manager will manage and optimize user acquisition efforts in alignment with local business objectives and market-specific dynamics across the LATAM region. They will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, X, and ASA, while strategically understanding customer lifetime cycle marketing and CRM to optimize the onboarding funnel and boost retention. The role involves developing and implementing app marketing strategies to drive app installs, engagement, and conversions, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, and continuously improving ROAS performance through data-driven insights and A/B testing. Furthermore, the Growth Manager will manage acquisition budgets effectively, generate performance reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of test & learn within the acquisition team.
