The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue growth in large, complex accounts by proactively prospecting, identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. They will lead and execute strategic sales cycles, demonstrating Confluent's value to C-level executives, and become an expert on Confluent offerings. Responsibilities include understanding customer strategies, collaborating with partner ecosystem teams, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success Management to ensure customer success and identify expansion opportunities.
