Responsibilities

  • Independently manage end-to-end business for a portfolio of growth and strategic accounts, maintaining client relationships and guiding clients through the customer journey in Clinical Trial Services
  • Act as subject matter expert, mentor, and informal leader in the Client Services team, providing mentorship to new hires and less senior project managers, and improving processes, tools, and resources
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to establish and achieve project timelines and deliverables, including issue management, risk assessment, and mitigation plans
  • Lead client business review processes, QBRs, quality reviews, meetings, and workshops, monitoring actions, business performance metrics, and targets
  • Coordinate internal and external business activities, working with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver project activities accurately
  • Act as the “voice of the customer,” recommending work placement, technology, region, or capacity decisions in the portfolio's best interest, and performing corrective actions on areas of concern
  • Lead strategic development of the project management function, including new or expanded business, global initiatives, and site processes across teams
  • Provide subject matter expertise in support of business development activities
  • Structure projects in line with client strategy, optimize processes, define resource requirements, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Proactively identify, monitor, and evaluate project challenges, partnering with teams for solutions, and mentor others on project resolution
