Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Product Management, or Marketing, along with project management experience, is necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels are also required.

Responsibilities

The General Manager - Manager will drive business plan execution by overseeing OEM programs, establishing objectives, assessing performance, and managing P&L for revenue and gross margin. They will build strong relationships with OEM executives, facilitate annual business planning, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include executing existing programs by understanding contract details, leading new programs and product launches, developing promotion strategies with Brand Managers, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, they will support business development by analyzing information, conducting special projects, creating models for new opportunities, and developing growth strategies. The role also involves leadership, mentoring, and coaching the Program Manager, providing guidance for project execution, developing talent, promoting critical thinking, conducting performance evaluations, determining staffing needs, and fostering a collaborative communication environment. Other duties as assigned may also be part of the role.
