Candidates should possess a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of external client management skills and a proven track record of building strong client relationships. Experience assisting sales teams and managing SaaS client relationships is preferred, along with a solid understanding of standard SDLC processes and methodologies, exceptional critical reasoning skills, and moderate to advanced Excel proficiency.
The Program Manager will coordinate engineering and operations efforts by managing feature requests, writing business requirements, and prioritizing engineering tasks with stakeholders. They will also coordinate national product and major feature launches, including planning pilots, coordinating training, and planning rollouts with feedback loops. Responsibilities include providing internal and OEM reporting on account success metrics, coordinating quarterly and executive business reviews, and partnering with teams to document release notes, training materials, and OEM integrations. Additionally, the Program Manager will manage meetings, uphold quality standards, and provide escalation support for the OEM.
