Requirements

Candidates must have over 6 years of experience in end-to-end P&L ownership for a consumer product category, with annual revenues between $25M-$150M. They should also possess 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy, a proven track record of cross-functional leadership in retail or eCommerce, and fluency in growth marketing metrics like CAC and ROAS. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. An MBA or graduate degree and experience in a high-growth DTC or eCommerce company are preferred.

Responsibilities

The General Manager will own and execute the strategic plan for assigned product categories, focusing on top-line growth and contribution margin. They will lead cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, sourcing, marketing, inventory, and logistics teams to optimize category performance. Responsibilities include identifying and removing growth bottlenecks, analyzing marketing funnel metrics to inform growth plans, monitoring and reporting on category performance with a data-first approach, and staying current on industry trends. The role also involves developing and managing category-level budgets and resource allocation.
