The General Manager will manage P&Ls and ensure sustainable revenue growth, defining and tracking key performance indicators. They will develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, rankings, and affiliate revenue of emerging brands, aligning objectives across multiple reporting lines. This role involves leading teams within a matrix structure, coordinating with content, product, and marketing teams to deliver SEO-optimized content, and building relationships with industry stakeholders. The General Manager will also represent the brand at relevant industry events.
