Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries from French-speaking leads and convert them into loyal/performing Deliveroo partners
  • Acquire new business primarily by phone and email, spending several hours each day connecting with prospects
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, understanding their needs, and advising them on how Deliveroo can help their business grow
  • Develop food business model knowledge, becoming an expert in the sector and using this to guide your conversations with potential partners
  • Manage your sales pipeline, stay organised, and build daily action plans to meet monthly targets
  • Collaborate closely with ‘Activation Teams’ to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners, from contracts to photoshoots to tablet setups
  • Take care of administrative tasks, including handling contracts and customer documentation with precision and attention to detail
