Position Overview

Superblocks is building the future of software development with an AI-native experience for visual building and code generation. We’re making software development a step function more accessible to the mass market and will enable 20x more software builders worldwide. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be a critical interface between our product and our most strategic enterprise customers. This is not a traditional customer success or sales engineering role - it's a unique position that requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive transformative solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Embed directly with enterprise customers to architect and implement complex internal tool solutions.
• Develop custom integrations, workflows, and applications using our platform that solve mission-critical business challenges.
• Act as a technical advisor, translating complex customer requirements into scalable, innovative solutions.
• Prototype and demonstrate advanced platform capabilities in high-stakes customer environments.
• Provide real-time product feedback to our engineering team, directly influencing our product roadmap.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and reference architectures.
• Navigate complex enterprise technical landscapes and organizational dynamics.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Programming Skills: Expert-level programming skills in at least two languages (Python and Javascript/TypeScript preferred).
• Cloud Architecture: Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and distributed systems.
• Environment: Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous technical environments.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ECE, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

• Web Technologies: Proficiency in modern web technologies and full-stack application development.
• Integration Development: Hands-on experience with integration development and API design.
• Security: Understanding of security best practices in enterprise environments.
• Data Pipelines: Demonstrated ability to work with complex data pipelines and transformations.
