Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM products is essential, along with the ability to participate in on-call rosters. Preferred qualifications include Low and High Voltage CRM Product Certification, IBHRE certification, and leadless pacemaker implant experience. The role also requires strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

The Field Technical Specialist will provide technical expertise during device implantation and follow-up procedures, offering troubleshooting support as needed. This role involves supporting Territory Managers and Clinicians with Pacemaker and ICD clinics, including case support and promotion of the Abbott Aveir Leadless Pacemaker Portfolio. Responsibilities also include conducting technical support and advice at post-implantation follow-ups and various physician clinics, attending didactic training, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. The specialist will conduct training for hospital staff, impart technical information clearly, and develop a strong understanding of sales force effectiveness imperatives. Additionally, they will identify customer needs and sales opportunities, assist with product marketing and launches, support customer calls with technical expertise, provide market feedback, and comply with administrative requirements.
