Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related field
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and field sales personnel

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and subject matter expert support to US Commercial Effectiveness Director, Area Vice Presidents, Regional Business Directors, Field Sales personnel, and home office personnel
Maintain information encompassing the highest level of confidentiality
Make decisions in support of the field sales organization
Interact with all levels of the workforce including business partners, customers, affiliates, and faculty
Adhere to company retention policies, maintain performance documents, and customer exchange documentation
Manage and assist managers in certain employee-related activities such as onboarding, off-boarding, and transfers of employees
Consult with business partners and field sales on function-specific policies and procedures
Prepare communications, presentations, custom reports, and sales analyses
Anticipate business needs and act to fulfill with minimal supervision
Exercise sound judgment and confidentiality to assess and resolve complex situations/problems and respond to frequently shifting priorities across multiple departments
