Responsibilities

Build up relationship with customers
Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure full customer satisfaction by providing appropriate services in response to the customer’s needs, including appraising customer needs and advising on product application or services
Provide clinical and technical support during case and inform the clinician of patient treatment options
Engage customers in meaningful clinical discussions, which can positively impact patient outcomes, while being presented in the procedure
Commit to patient safety and product quality, and understand and comply with all other regulations governing their work
Attend all Quality related trainings and fully comply with SOPs including Traceability, FER/Vigilance, Field Corrective Actions, Consignment Stock Management (where applicable), Customer Feedback Report
