This is an onsite role requiring local travel, with up to 2-3 hours of travel to customer sites and the need to arrive within the service ticket’s Service Level Agreement (within 4-24 hours).
Intermediate troubleshooting abilities in electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems are required, along with strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes military technician, computer technician, complex electronics, A+ certification, and healthcare or field service backgrounds.
This is a part-time, on-call role with approximately 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule, and availability required including nights and weekends.
