Requirements

Candidates should have over 3 years of hands-on field marketing experience in a B2B market, preferably within an early-stage startup. They must have a proven track record of creating and executing long and short-term project plans with measurable targets and deadlines, and be able to demonstrate performance against owning a pipeline number. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and proficiency with marketing automation solutions, ideally HubSpot, are essential. The ideal candidate is not afraid to make mistakes and shares their learnings.

Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Manager will build awareness of Level AI by developing, executing, measuring, and scaling marketing programs and campaigns. This includes supporting top-of-funnel growth and pipeline generation through sponsorships, trade shows, speaking engagements, and bespoke events. Responsibilities also involve managing webinars and other digital campaigns to deliver leads and accelerate the sales pipeline, overseeing customer marketing initiatives to build brand recognition and community, and reporting on performance and KPIs to ensure field marketing initiatives meet revenue targets.
