Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. They should have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field with increasing levels of responsibility. Proven ability to understand customer needs and craft creative, targeted, and on-brand marketing campaigns is required, along with strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are also necessary. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, think critically, solve problems creatively, and make sound decisions with imperfect information is required.
As the self-serve campaign manager, you will own the strategy and execution of cross-channel B2C and B2B SS campaigns, as well as oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of 1Password’s influencer program spanning all business lines. You will develop and own full-funnel evergreen and tentpole campaign strategy across B2C and B2B SS, aligning with broader marketing objectives and tailored to target audience. Collaboration with the PMM team to analyze market research and competitive intelligence, identifying key trends and opportunities to inform campaign strategies is essential. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
