Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing end-to-end event marketing initiatives, including industry trade shows and conferences, and measuring their success through KPIs. They will collaborate with sales leaders and BDRs to define target accounts and campaign goals, own campaign execution from concept to ROI reporting, and drive pipeline growth. Responsibilities also include identifying and executing co-partner marketing opportunities, tracking KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, and CAC, and providing feedback to content and brand teams on market-specific needs. The role involves supporting the production and execution of co-branded assets and webinars.
