A deep understanding of digital commerce best practices, data-driven decision-making, and a guest-centric approach are essential.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Digital Commerce will be responsible for the US e-commerce P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial KPIs for Bluebottlecoffee.com and North American 3P marketplaces. They will develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy across DTC, Amazon, and other third-party channels, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on data insights. This role involves managing the full owned website experience, collaborating with internal teams for operational support, driving sales acceleration through new platforms and wholesale solutions, and leading direct marketing activations. Additionally, the manager will champion compliance and technical excellence, develop a digital commerce reporting framework, set performance benchmarks, and serve as the subject matter expert on digital commerce within the organization.
