Candidates should possess 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high-growth SaaS startup marketing experience, exceptional communication and writing skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. They must be well-organized with high attention to detail and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google applications, as well as the ability to self-direct.
The Associate Manager/Manager of Marketing Programs/Field Marketing will drive the development and execution of integrated field marketing plans for Vault eTMF and Study Training, coordinating with internal teams to manage program components, and supporting Veeva and industry events. They will also manage program logistics, execution, and measurement, build and maintain contact lists, support outreach programs, own marketing program reporting and metrics, and contribute to budget planning and management.
