Requirements

Responsibilities

The Field CTO & Strategic Advisor will shape customer technical strategy and Cribl's product roadmap by blending technical expertise, delivery experience, and market insights. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor, and championing Cribl's vision. The role involves contributing to market trends in Observability (O11y) and Security Operations (SecOps), engaging in executive communications about Cribl's strategy and product vision, providing deep technical expertise on standards, protocols, and products, and advising on industry practices in O11y and SecOps. This includes guiding customers in achieving their O11y and SecOps goals, employing methodologies to navigate change, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, advocating for customer needs by collaborating with product management, maintaining a strong reputation as a technical expert, building and nurturing relationships across all levels, motivating and leading virtual teams, formulating innovative market strategies, and providing expert guidance to Cribl regional leadership and corporate functions.
