Requirements

  • University degree in a science related field preferred (biomedical engineering, physics, clinical nursing or similar)
  • Ideally electrophysiology/cardiac rhythm management or equivalent clinical experience
  • Cardiac anatomy and physiology knowledge would be considered as a strong asset
  • Very good command of English and Latvian (both written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer-focus
  • A willingness to travel on a daily basis and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Driving license B (active driver)

Responsibilities

  • Providing expert clinical consultation, teaching and support on the use of all CRM products and their appropriate application in the clinical setting
  • Maintain up to date technical knowledge of current and new therapies and technologies within the therapy area, including competitor devices, as well as a general understanding of the dynamics of the country healthcare market
  • Providing technical support to the CRM salesforce
  • Conduct product presentations and perform stand duty at exhibitions when requested, responding to technical questions that might be raised by EMEA or customers
  • Attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices
  • Ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott
