Requirements

  • Highly experienced and autonomous Staff Product Designer
  • Expertise in design systems, particularly for mobile platforms
  • Strong systems thinking to define strategic mobile experiences
  • Ability to blend hands-on product ownership with platform-wide influence
  • Experience in product visioning, strategy, research, and end-to-end project ownership

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the craft: Mentor peer designers, provide constructive critique, and set strategic design direction as a leading Individual Contributor (IC)
  • Own the Mobile Standards Strategy: Define long-term design standards and architecture for the entire mobile application, leading multi-quarter strategy to translate business goals into shippable mobile-native experiences (e.g., notifications, on-the-go approvals)
  • Contribute to CRM Product Strategy: Join the CRM domain, contribute to product visioning and strategy, and own end-to-end projects including research
  • System Architecture & Governance (Cross-Platform): Act as governor and primary contributor for new mobile patterns in the design system, proactively identify gaps, and drive architecture; contribute to the evolution of the entire cross-platform design system for consistency across web and native experiences
