Candidates must have 5 years of experience managing SaaS in the automotive industry and proven account management experience in Fixed Ops. They need to demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and owner levels. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs is essential, along with proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are required. A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, the ability to rent a car, take domestic flights, and incur/document travel expenses are mandatory. The position requires 80% travel and the ability to visit clients in-store daily, Monday through Friday.
The Field Client Consultant is responsible for driving client engagement and growth within their assigned book of business by developing strong client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact. They will educate clients on product usage, recommend additional solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of software according to client needs. Responsibilities include conducting training, communicating product knowledge, forecasting and tracking key account metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams. They will also assist with high-severity requests, track and submit expenses accurately, maintain client visit schedules per SLAs, and meet or exceed client retention, product quota, usage, and satisfaction goals.
