Responsibilities

  • Work under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter to support the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines to maintain a steady pool of qualified applicants
  • Conduct resume reviews, initial phone screens, and coordinate interview panels; assess candidates for skill set, culture fit, and long-term potential
  • Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to onboarding
  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between executives and cross-functional teams
  • Prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Assist with scheduling internal meetings, interviews, and occasional travel arrangements for executives or leadership team members as needed
