5+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Ability to maintain confidentiality using discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

High-level administrative support for multiple leaders remotely
Managing complex calendars and daily schedules
Coordinating meetings, handling logistics for appointments, and managing competing deadlines
Coordinating cross-functional projects, assisting with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel
Planning and executing team meetings, off-sites, and other corporate events
Tracking and overseeing team tasks, budgets, and meeting schedules
Onboarding and helping to ramp up new team members
Processing expense reports, purchase orders, budget reconciliations, and receipts/invoices
Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining organized records
Acting as a gatekeeper for the executives
Anticipating problems and planning for contingencies
Staying adaptable in the ever-evolving digital asset space
Building relationships with the broader team
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
