Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
  • Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort on the phone
  • Competitive and goal-oriented with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a team

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Participate in the full recruitment life-cycle (pre-screening, scheduling, salary negotiation, onboarding)
  • Develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas
  • Utilize sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Recruit and network with potential candidates through various methods (social media, events, etc.)
  • Implement recruiting ideas and strategies for company growth
  • Maintain job posts and create standardized Job Descriptions
  • Create and send candidate offer letters with salary negotiations
  • Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team for candidate follow-up
  • Own the candidate experience to ensure it's positive
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and complete necessary paperwork
  • Conduct onboarding sessions with new hires
