Ability to define and execute strategic goals aligned with the organization's mission
Experience developing and executing fundraising strategies, including identifying investments and donor segments
Skilled in leading donor cultivation efforts and stewarding relationships with corporations, foundations, and individuals
Polished, executive presence for interactions with partners, funders, and stakeholders
Ability to serve as a compelling public ambassador at conferences, events, and strategic meetings
Capable of designing and implementing innovative programs from 0 to 1, often as a solo operator

Responsibilities

Define and lead Campus.org's strategic vision, setting and executing strategic goals to expand educational access and opportunity
Shape fundraising strategy, cultivate donor networks, and steward relationships to bring in funding (initially under $100K) to seed early initiatives
Work closely with Campus.edu leadership while operating independently to grow Campus.org
Build and launch high-impact programs from the ground up, including those supporting the 2+2 model, transfer scholarships, experiential learning, and emergency student aid
Drive cross-organizational collaboration by forming strong partnerships with educational institutions, funders, and like-minded organizations
