Expertise in biology, life sciences, or technical fields is desirable
Experience in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or equivalent is desirable

Responsibilities

Provide technical support centered on assigned facilities
Conduct training on the use of company products for Medical Engineers and dealers
Act as the technical interface between medical facilities in the assigned area and the affiliated sales office
Provide technical support in response to inquiries in the assigned area
Perform backup support for sales in the following tasks: support for difficult cases in facilities within the district, provide sales with information leading to sales support, conduct training seminars in the assigned area, clinical studies/data collection, and troubleshooting
Support the provision of technical and clinical information on products and cases in response to customer inquiries
Support the training/education department in creating educational seminars and materials
Visit physicians and related parties to perform product demonstrations and support sales
Develop knowledge in specialized fields, regulatory requirements, market, company and competitor products, industry trends, and understanding of industry goals
Respond to customer complaints and product claims sincerely, promptly, and accurately
Comply with all company policies, including the specified code of conduct, fair competition code, quality policy, environmental management system, and other pharmaceutical laws and regulations
Execute other special assignments as required
