The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in sales leadership with a proven track record of execution, innovation, and passion for growth in the healthcare industry, preferably with health plans. Experience with medication management, pharmacy quality, or healthcare cost savings work is a plus.
The Enterprise Sales Executive will become an expert on Arine’s platform and value proposition within the first three months. They will own the expansion sales process, building pipeline from prospecting to final contracting for assigned client accounts in coordination with the SVP Client Growth and Strategy. The role involves a consultative approach to convert customer vision into actionable account strategies, closing multi-year contracts for five expansion upsell/cross-sell opportunities in the first 12 months. Responsibilities also include identifying innovative ideas to solve issues providing long-term value to clients, and developing strong relationships with leadership at health plans, provider organizations, and PBMs while assessing market opportunities to prioritize potential customers.

Arine focuses on improving medication management to enhance patient outcomes and lower healthcare costs, particularly for older adults and those with complex health needs. The platform uses data-driven analytics to provide personalized medication therapy management, ensuring that medications are tailored to each patient's health profile. Arine's clients include healthcare providers and insurance companies, who use the platform to improve care quality and patient satisfaction metrics. The company operates on a subscription model, offering tools for comprehensive medication management and optimization.
