The Team: Strategic Partnerships

The Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for the growth and retention of revenue from Enterprise (Large Pro) partnerships. We collaborate closely with our customers, offering guidance and best practices to enhance their success. Our team manages relationships that generate millions of dollars in revenue annually and plays a vital role in the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to grow and retain revenue from the Enterprise relationships within your assigned book of business. You will manage relationships with some of the largest contractors in the industry. Your daily activities will include collaborating with leaders of significant associations, manufacturers, and franchise networks on marketing strategies to assist their members (service professionals) in effectively using Angi to expand their businesses. Given that each strategic partner is unique, your approach will be tailored. This involves analyzing the current relationship, coordinating with key internal departments to develop optimal solutions through executive interactions, and planning, attending, and executing user webinars, trade shows, and face-to-face meetings with your customers. You will leverage new ideas and strengthen partnerships through strategic and thoughtful planning.

Essential Functions:

  • Achieve quarterly revenue growth goals for your book of business.
  • Analyze a portfolio of our most prominent service professional customers to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Identify opportunities through sales campaigns and collaborate with internal departments to increase revenue from existing service professionals, as well as develop creative options for retention and new business acquisition with partners.
  • Think strategically to identify unique opportunities tailored to each customer in your portfolio, engaging in proactive outreach and offering solutions to grow accounts by maximizing Angi products and services to meet individual customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related matters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters (for the Account Manager role).
