Proven success in collaborative partnerships with marketing and cross-functional leaders, experience in building and delivering enterprise field marketing campaigns, executive and key account programs, and joint partner activities are essential. The role requires strong project management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to anticipate sales needs. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, along with a problem-solving attitude and a growth mindset.
The Enterprise Marketing Manager will develop and drive targeted key account programs to generate awareness, pipeline, and customer advocacy within the Thailand market. Responsibilities include identifying market requirements, developing Go-to-Market strategies, and aligning with Sales and cross-functional teams. This includes creating and implementing end-to-end enterprise marketing programs such as ABE, executive engagement, demand generation, and joint partner initiatives. The role involves identifying effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts, managing pre/post-event communications, and driving campaign execution within budget, logistics, and timelines. Evaluating campaign impact and ROI to determine success and forecast future investments is also a key responsibility.
