As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our platform to a set of named target accounts, engaging with C-suite and director-level executives. This role is crucial for our continued success, requiring someone who can drive sales and inspire a team.

A Day in The Life

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Enterprise customers, managing onboarding, ongoing account management, and relationship/revenue growth.
  • Identify and communicate customer readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to ensure forecasted revenue is met or exceeded.
  • Act as an internal expert for specific industry verticals.
  • Build and maintain long-term, successful customer relationships through empathy, active listening, and resilience.
  • Demonstrate sound business judgment, evaluate alternatives, and make successful recommendations.
  • Negotiate effectively both before and after contract signing.
  • Craft and deliver professional presentations at all organizational levels.
  • Manage the execution of significant or complex contracts, including intake, renegotiation, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Travel as needed to customer sites and meetings.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of business development or account management experience.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Fluent in French is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting a technical product/service with customers.
  • Proven ability to build long-term, successful customer relationships through empathy, active listening, and resilience.
  • Significant technical knowledge of design software or related technology.
  • Ability to synthesize diverse requirements and propose effective solutions, products, or features.
  • Demonstrated sound business judgment, including evaluating alternatives and making successful recommendations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Experience in the technology industry is strongly preferred; experience selling SaaS products will also be considered.
  • Willingness and availability to travel as required.
