The ideal candidate should possess 6+ years of business development or account management experience, fluency in German, and fluency in French as a plus. They should have 6+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product or service, along with significant technical knowledge of design software or related technology. Demonstrated sound business judgment, the ability to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, and a track record of successful recommendations are also required.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, the individual will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned Enterprise customers, managing onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth. They will identify and communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks, serve as the team’s internal expert in specific verticals, track record of demonstrating sound business judgment, evaluate alternatives, and make successful recommendations. The role also involves negotiating contracts, managing execution of complex agreements, updating the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and traveling to customer sites as needed.
