Responsibilities

  • Develops, influences, and implements a partner strategy ensuring alignment between business units (BU) and DBT
  • Collaborates with partner business units to determine strategic direction for BU specific and enterprise-wide solutions
  • Partners with business units to ensure decisions are viewed from the customer lens
  • Collaborates with business units to reimagine optimal processes using people, process, data, and technology
  • Executes solutions highlighting value add of relationships with AV business partners
  • Attends designated partner BU meetings and shadows team members
  • Documents workflows and journeys of team members' day-to-day operations
  • Explains a-day-in-the-life for various roles within partner BU
  • Serves as a “trusted advisor” and key point of contact for BU and DBT stakeholders
  • Establishes and maintains a three-year business and DBT solution roadmap with BU leadership
  • Defines high-level product features and desired service levels for IT offerings
  • Focuses on business value to develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and capability requirements
  • Fosters creativity and innovation
  • Conducts business process gap analysis to optimize towards digitalization and automation
  • Analyzes business requirements and prepares detailed specifications for programs
  • Builds positive relationships horizontally and vertically within the BU
  • Defines business requirements for designated business units
  • Manages the technology demand pipeline and assists in defining business cases
  • Monitors technology planning and deployment progress aligned with business vision
  • Contributes to requirements, design, and review sessions; identifies business-based risks
  • Ensures collaboration and availability of business resources for projects
  • Promotes business vision into practice and ensures full adoption of solutions
  • Communicates with business leadership to evaluate initiatives against roadmaps and priorities
  • Works with business users to gather requirements and ensure feasibility and solution delivery
