Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy, or graduate education. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and manage multiple diverse tasks concurrently. A proactive approach to contributing to the company's overall improvement, including engagement in DEI efforts and culture initiatives, is also required. A Master's degree in business, health administration, public policy, or a related field is preferred, as is experience in software development, digital product development, digital health, or value-based care. Demonstrated success in using data and analysis to support strategy and gain senior-level alignment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the product team in developing and enabling the product roadmap by deriving insights from internal analytics and the external digital health landscape. Responsibilities include benchmarking, synthesizing learnings from Medicare-focused players, identifying potential technology solutions, and forming points of view to support alignment and tradeoff decisions. The Product Strategy Lead will work with business, analytics, and design teams to understand operational workflows and data gaps, inform strategic choices, and define and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). They will identify changes to current processes to de-risk workflows, document SOPs, identify stakeholders, gain buy-in from functional leads and executive leadership, document strategic tradeoffs, and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
