Enterprise Account Executive

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and SaaS business models. Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts and building strong customer relationships is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As an Enterprise Account Partner, you will protect and expand Veeva's footprint by managing daily account activities, focusing on operational excellence, and understanding customer business and IT goals. You will manage Client Partnerships, develop account vision and strategy, serve as a trusted long-term partner, nurture relationships with key stakeholders, navigate sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and negotiate contracts and renewals. Additionally, you will actively provide input for accurate forecasting and support Veeva's mission by focusing on customer needs and doing the right thing.
