Responsibilities

The Regional Account Manager will generate and develop new business to meet sales goals and maintain and nurture existing customer relationships. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries professionally and promptly. This role involves acting as a liaison between customers and operations staff, communicating company product information, and staying informed about local competition and industry trends. Additionally, the RAM is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of client paperwork and providing required reports. Participation in business/trade events and team strategic sales meetings is also expected.
