Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, or Life Sciences, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or consulting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or SaaS industries. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to understand complex business needs are essential, along with experience in contract negotiation and strategic account planning.
As an Enterprise Account Partner, you will be responsible for protecting and expanding Veeva’s footprint by managing daily account activities, ensuring operational excellence, and understanding customer business and IT goals. You will nurture existing and build new relationships with key stakeholders, serve as a trusted long-term partner, and drive the renewal of existing business and the implementation of innovative solutions to meet customer objectives. Additionally, you will manage account administration, provide accurate forecasting, and act as the ambassador for your customers within Veeva.
