The Enterprise Account Manager will sell Abbott Point of Care (APOC) products to large, regional Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), developing and managing strategic customer relationships to retain and expand the APOC portfolio. Responsibilities include setting and executing account strategies, driving profitable revenue growth by understanding customer needs and market dynamics, positioning company solutions, and delivering solutions that improve customer outcomes. Key activities involve achieving sales goals, maintaining the sales budget, establishing senior-level relationships, identifying innovative strategic solutions, providing accurate forecasting, collaborating across commercial functions, planning and managing commercial team activities, identifying sales opportunities, representing the company and its products, handling contract negotiation and pricing, providing customer service, formulating strategic sales plans, monitoring market trends, and advising management on competitiveness.
