Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field is required, along with a track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions. An active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire is necessary, and candidates must be U.S. Citizens. The role requires travel approximately 1-2 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

The Director of Sales will direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers in line with company objectives, and guide final sales and follow-up.
