Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience and a proven track record of selling enterprise software into large, complex accounts with an average ACV of $150k+. They should have experience selling at the C-Level (CTO, CIO, CLO, CDO), be able to manage complex sales cycles of 6-12 months, and have the ability to travel approximately 20% of the time. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach are required, along with a hunger for success, hustle, and humility. Working knowledge of MEDDPICC is a bonus, and proficiency in tools like Gong, SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and AI tools such as ChatGPT is advantageous.
The Enterprise Account Executive will own and deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets, establish and grow a high-velocity pipeline within the Central US territory, and educate C-suite leaders on the company's offerings. They will provide accurate forecasting, adopt a consultative approach to lead senior executives through the sales process, and build long-term relationships to drive revenue growth from existing customers. Responsibilities also include attending networking events and trade shows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary customer contact throughout their lifecycle, sharing strategic insights in team meetings, and identifying/executing on all expansion opportunities within an account.
